Eddie has given cultural and spiritual guidance to Mana Recruitment from the start.  He has a diverse background in business, construction, horticulture, floriculture and mental health services, which allows him to offer a lot of knowledge and support.  Eddie was previously kaumatua for Workbridge and Framework, working in the mental health and disabilities areas, so is experienced in performing this role.

Bradley is one of the Directors for Mana Recruitment and provides them with branding, marketing and social media expertise.  He has set up both the Australian HR and Recruitment Network (over 7,000 members – Sept 2014) and the New Zealand HR and Recruitment Network groups on Linkedin (over 4,000 members – Sept 2014) as well as the Māori and Pacific Job Board www.maoripacificjobs.co.nz.

Heather started Mana Recruitment in 2009 when she identified there was a growing demand in New Zealand for organisations to reflect their community and have a workforce that was better represented with Māori and Pacific talent.

She created Mana Recruitment based on work ethics and principals she had successfully honed while working in many of New Zealand’s top recruitment companies.  It is these strong values that have enabled her to build continual growth of Mana Recruitment over the past 5 years.

Tiare is our Candidate Manager for Mana Recruitment and handles a most of the interviews with candidates.  Tiare’s previous experience is in care and support roles for children aged 0-5 years and adults with an intellectual disability. These sometimes challenging roles required not just patience and caring but also perseverance to get the results that are beneficial to those being cared for. Tiare brings the same care and attention to her work with Mana Recruitment.

Scotty is our senior te reo Māori and Tikanga advisor and personally provides most of our translation services from English to Māori.  He is passionate about the revival of the Māori language and can be regularly seen on TV as presenter of Te Karere and Marae Investigates.
